A website that brings inquiries, live in two weeks.

We research what your customers are looking for and write the site from it. Two weeks from the research call to launch, at a fixed price. After launch we look after the site every month.

Why a website often brings no inquiries

  • A template with the text swapped

The site comes from the same template as many others, only the logo, the colours and the company name are different. Someone comparing three businesses sees almost the same page three times and has no reason to call you in particular.

  • It is about the company instead of what the customer is looking for

The site gives the founding year and shows the team, with a line about quality and reliability. The customer arrives with a question: do you do what I need, in my area, and how soon? If the answer isn't on the first page, they keep looking.

  • Launched and never measured

The site is online and nobody knows whether it brings anything. Nobody counts the inquiries, nobody sees where visitors leave, so nothing about the site changes any more.

How we build your website

Two weeks from the research call to launch: the research and the plan in the first, the build in the second.

  1. Research

On the research call we work out who you serve, which jobs you want and what customers ask before they call. We also take three of your recent inquiries or quotes. From that comes the market research: how your customers search and what makes them decide.

  2. Plan

At the end of the first week you get the plan on one page: which pages the site has, what each one says and which inquiry it should lead to. Design starts once you have signed it off.

  3. Build

In the second week we write the copy from the research and build the site for your business, without a template. We set up your privacy policy and legal pages. Fonts and images are served from your own domain.

  4. Launch

The site goes live, and from that day we count the inquiries, calls or bookings that come through it, so you can see what the site brings. The contract names the delivery date. If we miss it and it isn't down to you, your first month of the service is free.

  5. Looking after it

Every website then runs on a monthly service: hosting, security, current legal pages, content changes on request and a monthly report with the numbers. There are three packages; which one fits your business we settle on the first call. It starts on the first of the month after launch.

Transcript

Compare three businesses and you see almost the same page three times. One template, a different logo. And no reason to call you in particular.

We start with what your customers are looking for. On the research call we work out who you serve and which jobs you want. Plus three of your recent inquiries. That becomes the market research. The files stay with you.

Then the plan, on one page: which pages the site has, what each one says and which inquiry it should lead to. You sign it off, then we build.

The copy comes from the research, in the words your customers search for. The site is built for your business, without a template, and set up to be found: on Google and in ChatGPT. Fonts and images are served from your own domain. We set up your privacy policy and legal pages, and keep them current.

Two weeks after the research call, the site goes live. The date is in the contract. If we miss it, and it isn't down to you, your first month of the service is free. From that day we count what comes through the site: inquiries, calls, bookings.

The website is the door. After launch we look after it every month: the tech, the legal pages, your changes. We can also keep working on how you're found, and improve the site where visitors leave.

Your customers. Your words. Your website.
