Frequently asked questions
What’s included in "AI usage"?
All AI usage costs: OpenAI API calls, Vapi minutes, Claude tokens, whatever your system uses, at the volume we agree in your proposal. It's all in your Care fee, with nothing billed separately.
What if I need a major new feature?
Higher in the range, Care includes new features within reasonable scope. If it's a large project (like adding a new channel or rebuilding a flow), we'll scope it separately and give you a clear quote.
Can the scope change later?
Yes. If you need more or less, we change what Care covers and the fee. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I want to self-host later?
You can. We'll hand over all credentials, documentation, and access. The system is yours. We just manage it for you while you're on Care.
Do you support my specific platform?
If we built your system, we support it. Care covers every system EliteOpsAI builds: websites, AI systems for eCommerce, custom jeweler quoting and custom software.
What happens if I don't choose Care?
You manage everything yourself. You'll need accounts for OpenAI, Vapi, Make.com, Supabase, and any other services your system uses. When something breaks, you email us, grant access, and wait for a fix. It works, but it's slower and more hands-on.
