For independent custom jewelers

Your Best Custom Buyers Are Leaving Without a Word.

They want a ballpark before they reach out, and when your site has no number, they leave instead of emailing. The Consultation Engine puts a branded estimator on your existing site, so a price-curious visitor configures their piece, gets an estimate built on your margin, and lands in your inbox spec-ready. It goes live in 7 to 14 days, and your bench never touches it.

Request a Scoping Call

The leak you can't see

For one-of-a-kind work, putting a price on the page feels dangerous, so most custom jewelers don't. But the buyer on the other side has already decided what silence means:

"You betcha, if I have to email for a price I'm outta there."

"When prices are not posted, I assume they must be exorbitant and shop elsewhere. I have never emailed to inquire."

These are high-intent buyers shopping a €3,000–€20,000+ commission, and they leave no trace when they go. A contact form asks them to start the very conversation they're trying to avoid, so the serious ones bounce and you never find out how many.

Give them the number before they have to ask

The Consultation Engine sits before your contact form and does three things:

01

Configure

a branded estimator on your site lets a visitor build their piece (type, metal, stone, setting) or upload an inspiration photo we turn into a spec.

02

Estimate

it prices that piece live against daily metal and monthly stone feeds, calibrated to your margin: a range with a ceiling, the way you already estimate ("$775–$825, not more than the top figure").

03

Capture

it hands you the full spec as a consultation request, routed to your inbox or CRM with a booking path.

There's no chat to staff, no checkout and no CAD. Serious buyers reach you already informed, and you never spend a minute on estimation work.

Built to feed your consultation, not replace it

Better website copy doesn't give a hesitant buyer a number. A chat widget answers questions but never produces a real, configured estimate. The self-serve design tools on the market are DIY funnels you set up and run yourself, and they push the customer toward buying online instead of toward your chair.

Done-for-you, fully managed. We build it, theme it to your studio, calibrate it to your margin, and keep the pricing current. You never have to configure anything.

The close stays yours. It fills the top of the funnel with spec-ready buyers, and your in-person expertise still wins the commission. It protects your consultation; it doesn't turn your studio into an online store.

The leads you're losing go to the talk-first habit and the silent exit it causes, not to a competitor. Take away the "ask for a price" step and the serious buyer stays.

The pattern is well documented

Industry findings, not EliteOpsAI results.

~90% of engagement-ring buyers want a customized piece, which makes custom work the independent jeweler's growing, defensible edge.

(The Knot)

60–80% of custom work closes once the jeweler gives a price. The number is what moves the buyer from curious to committed.

(David Geller, industry consultant)

The buyers who leave over a missing price say so plainly, and they don't come back.

(Ganoksin / jeweler trade forums)

Price-curious visitors won't email and wait. Give them an estimate without making them ask, and a bounce becomes a consultation.

What you get, and what stays untouched

Included

  • A branded estimator deployed on your existing site
  • Photo-to-spec extraction (an inspiration photo becomes a configured estimate)
  • A live pricing engine calibrated to your margin (metal daily, stones monthly)
  • Spec-ready capture → your inbox/CRM + a Cal.com booking path
  • Ongoing pricing-accuracy upkeep and a monthly demand report (most-requested metals, stones, settings, price bands)

Not included, on purpose

  • No website redesign. It deploys on top of your current site
  • No checkout or payments. It's a quoting and consultation tool, not e-commerce
  • No CAD, manufacturing, or workflow changes at your bench
  • The close stays yours

What you provide: site access, your catalog, your margin structure plus 2–3 real sample estimates, and branding. Your 7-to-14-day timeline starts when we have these.

Questions

It's an estimate built on real material cost plus the margin you set, shown as a range with a ceiling and never as a fixed take-it-or-leave-it number. It pre-qualifies the buyer so the consultation starts informed, and you keep the close and your pricing power.
It works the other way. Configuring a piece takes effort, which filters out the merely curious. The buyers who reach you are serious and arrive with a full spec attached, so consultations start qualified.
Most don't ask; they leave. The estimator gives them the number without asking, then hands you the serious ones. It removes the friction that is costing you leads without you noticing.
The feeds are live (gold and platinum daily, stones monthly), checked against market listings, and we keep them current. The figure is an estimate to start the conversation rather than the final post-design price, and the visitor sees it framed that way.
7 to 14 days from when we have your catalog, margin structure, and site access. Most builds land closer to 7, while more complex catalogs (multiple jewelry types, unusual metals, custom setting logic) take closer to 14.
You don't have to post fixed prices, and you shouldn't. The Consultation Engine gives a price-curious visitor a personalized estimate range built on your margin. They get the number that keeps them from leaving, and you never publish a flat price list. The value conversation stays in the consultation.
It protects it. The estimate is a starting range, explicitly framed as "not the final number," and it ends in a consultation request instead of a checkout. The buyer reaches you qualified and informed, and you still settle the design and the final price with them in the consultation.

You'd be one of our first jewelers, so we carry the risk

We're building our first case studies on purpose, and we won't ask you to trust one we don't have yet. Hold us to these outcomes instead, in writing:

  • Delivery. Live on your site in 7 to 14 days, working exactly as demoed. If we run late, the extra days come off your 30-day results window, not out of your pocket.

  • Results. We'll install it and run it live on your site for 30 days at no cost. If it hasn't produced a booked consultation request in that window, we remove it and you owe nothing: no setup fee, no retainer, nothing. (We confirm your site has enough relevant traffic before we begin. If it doesn't, we tell you up front, because that's the one thing that has to be true for a fair 30-day test.)

  • Brand safety. You own the estimate logic and the range it shows. If it ever misrepresents your brand or your pricing, we fix it within 48 hours. There's no lock-in during the founding period, so you can pull it anytime.

See if your traffic fits

The next step is a short scoping call. We confirm your site has the traffic to make this work, you see the estimator run end to end, and we walk you through scope and investment. If it's a fit, you're live in 7 to 14 days.
